Stand By Me

Stand By Me is definitely one of my favourite movies. However I only recently realised how influential it is in my style today. I love dressing like a boy, I definitely feel comfiest when I am in skinny jeans and a t shirt or a shirt. The simplicity of the way these boys are dressed yet how effective it is is very satisfying. Jeans and a short sleeved shirt can look OK but jeans with a short sleeved shirt with the sleeves rolled up or the jeans rolled up with socks showing makes me happy. I like it. Sometimes your meant to make clothes work on you, like not just put them on and let them cover your body like there only doing a job. They are also there to look good and with a little TLC like a roll or a tuck things can be so much better.
